Yes, It’s Time to Cast Aside Secular Humanist Law and Education
Evolution’s System of Law:
- Man as the only reasoning animal on planet earth is in charge, sovereign, the supreme One. Man is the true god.
- Some men are higher than others in the pyramid of hierarchy; the more intelligent, the more advanced, the more skilled in political manipulation – Obey them for they’re the judges.
- Law is not fixed but is evolving along with man. Law is what those in 2., above, say it is for the rest of us based on they themselves create or change. Be ready for it to change tomorrow . . . or else.
- You will be brought into line with the rules of 3., above, or be punished, and no religion will save you.
- The future is bright, as long as you fall into line and let the smart people in 2., above, stay in charge and tell you and everyone else what to do. The people in 2., above, will guide us through the evolutionary process and avoid an extinction event, but we must be united as a species. If we think your religion might hold back our progress as a united species, then our survival is really much more important than your beliefs . . . or even you. Get the picture?
Do you see anything in the above that would promote the seeking out of ancient or eternal principles of right and wrong that all citizens would know intuitively? Do you see anything in the above that would promote liberty under the rule of law? Anything promoting a rule of law instead of the rule of man? Any abiding, eternal law at all? Do you see anything in the above that would support the abiding submission by the civil government to the U.S. Constitution, a 228-year-old document? In other words, a document we’ve already evolved away from. Do you see anything in the above that would support freedom of religion/conscience? Any limits on a government dead-set on controlling and changing us into the image the transformationists have in mind for us? For the evolutionist, all is flux. He doesn’t even know whether the principles of science will continue in the same way as they have in the past. For all he knows, they may evolve too.
Now apply those principles to marriage and its abiding, eternal character. Apply them to those who would oppose on religious grounds the new regime of marriage. Ever wondered about that mantra with which they always try to intimidate us – “We’re on the right side of history?” The evolutionist worships history just as he worships undirected cosmic, geologic, chemical, and biologic evolutionary processes, processes which he worships as his and the world’s creator. But all these are a part of creation, and worshipping the creation results in the judgment of Romans 1 and the death-spiral of homosexuality. He also worships history (Historicism): He considers that man’s realm of control. So those who allegedly control history also claim to control the evolution of man. See 2., above.
I know all this sounds hokey, but it is truly part and parcel of the evolutionist tool set and philosophy. It is the damnable and utterly stupid result of intellectuals worshipping and serving the creation instead of the Creator. See Herbert Schlossberg’s “Idols for Destruction.” So, let’s get some common sense truth from the scripture.
The Bible’s System of Law:
- God, the Creator, is sovereign.
- God sets up authorities in the Church, the State, and the Family for the governing of society.
- God has given us laws to live by; they are eternal, unchanging, and for our good. They limit all, even the rulers. That means liberty under law for the people.
- There are blessings for obedience and cursings for disobedience – some civilly imposed by the civil government, some imposed by the church, and some imposed by God Himself.
- Obedience results in blessings, protection, and favor from the Creator for one’s life and for generations to come.
Think about it for a minute. Will your faith in God’s Word on marriage stand up to the test we are about to face? Do you have faith in God to support and defend His faithful ones through whatever comes in the future? Will you help preserve the truth for future generations, that is, your children and grandchildren? Or will you throw up your hands and say, “It’s no use?” Will your children’s faith withstand the onslaught? How are you educating them? In the State’s system or a Godly system? Deuteronomy 6.
