Yes, It’s Time to Cast Aside Secular Humanist Law and Education

Evolution’s System of Law:

  1. Man as the only reasoning animal on planet earth is in charge, sovereign, the supreme One. Man is the true god.
  2. Some men are higher than others in the pyramid of hierarchy; the more intelligent, the more advanced, the more skilled in political manipulation – Obey them for they’re the judges.
  3. Law is not fixed but is evolving along with man. Law is what those in 2., above, say it is for the rest of us based on they themselves create or change. Be ready for it to change tomorrow . . . or else.
  4. You will be brought into line with the rules of 3., above, or be punished, and no religion will save you.
  5. The future is bright, as long as you fall into line and let the smart people in 2., above, stay in charge and tell you and everyone else what to do. The people in 2., above, will guide us through the evolutionary process and avoid an extinction event, but we must be united as a species. If we think your religion might hold back our progress as a united species, then our survival is really much more important than your beliefs . . . or even you. Get the picture?

Response to Mr. Kraus’ Opinion Piece in the Wall Street Journal on Christian Scientists (not the religion of Christian Science)

I read the June 26, 2009 opinion piece by Mr. Lawrence M. Kraus and found his rational atheism to contain irrationality and false views of Christian scientists (not the practitioners of the religion of Christian Science). First, the centerpiece of science is not atheism, in practice or theory. The fact that the world runs on principles that are repeating, predictable, and reliable enough for scientists to base trustworthy predictions and proof is evidence of the faithfulness of the Creator and his promises, not evidence that there is no Creator. Mr. Kraus appears to premise his understanding of Christian scientists as only believing in the miraculous and out-of-the-ordinary, like the virgin birth.

Federal courts are constitutional entities authorized by God to determine and apply the law to the lives and businesses of Americans, equally and without partiality. According to Romans 13 and the rest of the bible, such authorities like the federal courts are to protect the righteous and punish the wicked. This is a godly function to be highly revered and obeyed. Your interpretation of the courts’ function can easily become godless. How?

An Open Letter to Emperor Kennedy (Justice on the US Supreme Court)

Dear Emperor Kennedy:

I humbly beseech your Majesty for redress. On my knees, sir, I beseech thee. I have information that the lawyers representing four states in the same sex marriage case, Obergefell, and who argued in favor of states’ laws prohibiting same sex marriage were afraid to do things that they are legally allowed to do. In fact, they were so afraid of offending you and the rest of the Court that they didn’t even ask for the recusal of the two Justices who have officiated over same sex marriages. They were afraid that the Court might retaliate against them and attack their state laws out of some kind of petty meanness, as if you and your colleagues wouldn’t really look at the law. I apologize for that kind of attitude toward the Imperial Court. I know you couldn’t possibly want that. Should our justice system operate under such intimidation from the highest court that lawyers don’t even represent their clients zealously? But, really, are the other Justices that petty?
