But the problem of free-for-all judicial independence versus biblical judicial independence is worse than the typical judge catering to his favored political masters and rendering “judicial independence” opposite to its original meaning. Today’s judicial independence is an out-of-control religious, philosophical, political, jurisprudential anarchy that, if continued, will result in the spiraling out of control of the American experiment in representative democracy. Why?
1. If every appointed or elected judge can interpret the law as he sees fit, then the law is as malleable as clay. Any objective can be reached, given enough time (as the secular evolutionists say of astrophysical, geological, and biological evolution), by the determined progressive jurists, so-called.

Yes, It’s Time to Cast Aside Secular Humanist Law and Education
Evolution’s System of Law:
- Man as the only reasoning animal on planet earth is in charge, sovereign, the supreme One. Man is the true god.
- Some men are higher than others in the pyramid of hierarchy; the more intelligent, the more advanced, the more skilled in political manipulation – Obey them for they’re the judges.
- Law is not fixed but is evolving along with man. Law is what those in 2., above, say it is for the rest of us based on they themselves create or change. Be ready for it to change tomorrow . . . or else.
- You will be brought into line with the rules of 3., above, or be punished, and no religion will save you.
- The future is bright, as long as you fall into line and let the smart people in 2., above, stay in charge and tell you and everyone else what to do. The people in 2., above, will guide us through the evolutionary process and avoid an extinction event, but we must be united as a species. If we think your religion might hold back our progress as a united species, then our survival is really much more important than your beliefs . . . or even you. Get the picture?

Mr. Smith, the agent for the Machine, software that can enter and leave any other software in the Matrix. He is one of three agents we see, and they are all something other than human in their actions and speech. Particularly revealing is Neo’s experience in the interrogation room, before he knows what is going on. Mr. Smith comes across as a professional, unemotional law enforcement officer, but he also comes across as something else. The 3 agents are a demonic trinity, and Mr. Smith is in charge.

The Genesis account according to Old Earth (millions of yrs), theistic evolution, bible-believers, so called: (We’ll call it Genesis according to the prophet Hugh Ross or the Ross/Tim Keller version of creation.)
The following is an imaginary, conversation between the Father & an incredulous angelic scribe.
God [speaking to His Son & an angelic scribe as to how the universe is to begin]: In the beginning were elements that came together over billions of years into chunks of matter, stars & moons & such, but in such a way as to defy the general laws of science & form in one spot a completely unlikely place called earth, where all the objects align so that I can create on that place.
Angel [Interrupting]: Sir, why would you cause something to happen contrary to the laws of science you created? And doesn’t that contradict the account you plan to give to the prophet, Moses? As the angelic scribe, I’ve seen the 1st draft of the 1st five books of the bible, you know.

Is there Gnosticism in The Matrix?
Some might argue that this movie represents a gnostic form of Christianity. Gnosticism was a Christian heresy strongly condemned by the Apostle John in I John. The physical world, its attractions, its temptations, were for the gnostic repulsive; he wanted to escape from the physical world. Before death, how does one do that? Gnostics believed in knowledge as salvation. Knowledge is not the key to salvation, but it is a part. The knowledge of Christ, the knowledge of the need one has for a savior, the knowledge of God’s power to save and His authority to forgive, etc. All this knowledge is key to our faith and our salvation. Gnosticism was different. Gnosticism held to an idea that if we just realized that what we’re living in is not real, then we will live above “the real.” The gnostics sometimes even denied that Christ died or that he had lived in a human body; he just appeared as a specter and seemed to live in a body. And he didn’t really die; he just moved on to the spiritual world to which he belonged. All rank falsehoods that completely undermine the Christian faith. In the movie, Morpheus speaks of “the desert of the real,” and Neo is told by a child who can bend spoons with his mind to try to believe the truth, that there is no spoon.
