Charges Against Humanity: Creator God v. Adam & Eve, Convicted & Sentenced But Final Judgment in Case Still Pending at Time of Christ’s First Coming

Charge Sheet

Charge 1 – Trespassing on the Sovereign God’s property, specifically His Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil Placed in the Garden of Eden

Charge 2 – Theft of property, specifically Fruit from the Aforementioned Tree

Charge 3 – Misappropriation, or Using the Gift of God, Imagination, to Form an Evil Plan Instead of Using the Gift of God to Fulfill God’s Purpose for Man’s Imagination

Charge 4 – Coveting that which is Another’s, specifically Fruit from the Aforementioned Tree

Charge 5 – Listening to and Believing a False Witness respecting the Creator God resulting in Slander of the Creator God, specifically the Lie that His Law was Intended to Harm Them and Originated from Selfishness Instead of His Good, Loving Nature as Creator God and the Lie that there are No Negative Consequences to Unjust, Perfidious Betrayal of this Creator God

Charge 6 – Unkindness, Betrayal, & Ingratitude Toward the Creator God, by specifically acting hostilely toward their Creator based on the Aforementioned False Witness

Charge 7 – Consorting with a Known Rebel against the Creator of the Universe, that is, Satan, for the Purpose of Conspiring to Remove the Legitimate Ruler of the Universe, that is, the Creator God, from His Position

Charge 8 – Treason against the Ruler of the Universe, specifically by denying His Exclusive Status as Lawgiver to Determine Good & Evil and Setting Themselves Up as Earth’s Sole Rulers & Determiners of Good & Evil

Charge 9 – Attempted Murder of the Creator God, in Whose Image They Were Created, for Such Would be the Necessary Predicate to Their Planned Takeover of His Position

Charge 10 – Unfaithfulness to and Failure to Keep First Love Toward Their Maker

Charge 11 – Failure to Honor Their Father & Creator, specifically by Attempting to Murder and Replace Him as Lord over the Earth

Charge 12 – Working Contrary to the Creator’s Intentions as to the Governance The World He Created and Delegated to Them Instead of Resting in the Creator’s Plan for the Creator’s World

Charge 13 – Taking the Creator’s Name in Vain by Living as If His Words to Them Were of No Significance

Charge 14 – Bowing Down and Worshipping a Creature, specifically the Serpent/Dragon, Instead of Worshipping & Trusting the True God Only

Charge 15 – Turning Away from Their Creator God to Have Another God & Lord, that is the Aforementioned Satan, a Rebel, Murderer, & Liar

Sentence

Ejection of the Trespassers/Thieves from the Aforementioned Property, Including the Tree of Life, of the Creator God.

Exclusion of the Haters/Slanderers/Rebels from the Kind & Beneficent Fellowship of their Creator.

Enmity Between Each Other for Creating Enmity With Their Creator.

Covenantal Death for the Murderers/Rebels/Idolators – Included in Covenantal Death are the following:

Cast Out From the Good Creator God’s Presence;

Exclusion from God’s Covenant of Peace, Love, Fruitfulness;

Difficulty, that is Pain, Suffering, and Death in Childbirth;

Exposure to All God’s Cursings;

Decrease in Productivity of Cursed Labor;

Physical Death & Removal from the Earth;

Enslavement of the Creation Itself to the Effects of the Above, Altering

the Very Biology & Physical Make-Up of Planet Earth;

Eternal Death, the Fulfillment of Being Cast Out of His Presence;

Penalty of Covenantal Death Shall Attaint Entire Line of Descendants Originating from the Defendants, Adam & Eve.

III. Probationary Status/Conditions

Because In Creator/Judge’s Discretion To Ensure Original Dominion Purpose Is Fulfilled & Because the Covenantal Love of God Shall Never Be Entirely Removed from His Creation, the Following Probationary Status/Conditions Apply to the Human Race:

Physical Portion of Covenantal Death Sentence Not Carried Out Until Individual Human’s Lifespan Completed;

Full Pardon From Entire Covenantal Death Sentence Upon Specific Condition Being Met:  A Human Being Born of Eve Who Would Satisfy Completely the Justice of the Creator & Reverse the Cursings of Covenantal Death;

All Criminal Liability of Humans, Who Receive this Human as Their Substitute/Ruler, Removed by this Human;

This Aforementioned Human Shall Also Crush the Head of the Usurper, that is, Satan, and Replace Him as Ruler of the Earth;

Man Restored to Original Covenantal Status With Creator and the Benefits Thereof.

Promised Human Who Meets Probationary Conditions Pursuant To Covenantal Predictions of Creator’s Representatives in Old Covenant Writings

Genesis 3:15-“And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.”

Willing To Suffer Humanity’s Sentence of Covenantal Death
